So I bought pokemon platinum the other day.
Mind you, I haven't played since gold/silver/crystal were out, so it's been... interesting. And I fail at remember all these names.
I've also taken to naming all of the pokemon I catch after either composers or artists. It gets to be pretty entertaining.
"GERSHWIN used SPARK"
"LISTZ used CONFUSION"
"MUCHA used METRONOME"
That, and since my name is Ash and that's the name I used in the game and I'm playing as a boy, i totally had to name my 'friend'/rival Gary. It's been endless amusement since then.
And btw, rule 34 strikes again. I knew it had to exist.
